Obamacare - It's Hard to Deliver on Concrete Promises

I think they also learned it's hard to deliver on concrete promises. Like you like your health insurance. And I just don't see in congressional Republican ranks, like that level of interest in the underlying thing that will get a bill passed. This is something that I thought I might see more of in the speech and it just really wasn't there.
