How Hard Did You Find It as a Coach?

I just jumped in straight away and sort of just took it all on board. I was doing everything and didn't realise that I was working a lot. And then at some times I flip and this is full on, but I'm loving it. My motto is less is more. More is not better. Better is better. It is long hours.
