The Designer Recruitment Workshops

Rond tet established a very open canal cas to all our employees. I did it because it showed them that their input mattered. And i meta wonderful guy, mate, who had built with lego since he was three years old. He really showed to me what you can make with lego when you have a true designed mind. So instead of hiring people who were professional designers or marketeers, we wanted to find people who had always loved lego and had some really novel ideas.
