I think that the administration side of it could trigger legal obligations of non discrimination. But so long as trying to keep, you know, totally off books operation, just to provide direct funding to families would be fine. There are lots of other ways that schools could try to achieve diversity without explicitly taking race into account. And maybe we haven't seen polling yet on how exactly this opinion will play out in practice. I think what sort of public response looks like may have some bearing on the court's willingness to take this incredibly aggressive step.
