What Are the Dora Metrics?

The Dora metrics are a little bit more on the kind of speed or quantity side. The two metrics there are change failure rate and mean time to restore. It's this real nod to what we know from other research about how an effective team is one where there's trust and that psychological safety between team members. And I would say that out of those, um, one of the ones that people are looking at most often is lead time.
