Is God Moving the Will?

God can move things necessarily. He can also move voluntary creatures in a voluntary manner. When God wills that something happens, it happens. And so God can provide an actual grace. You are not moved of necessity to choose that particular action, but you freely choose. For John Calvin, he says that God moves the will, irresistibly.
