How to Create a Fun Team Environment
When I was at Hello sign, we were acquired by Dropbox and our head of sales at the time left. And so I was reporting directly for the next nine months to the COO. There was one Q2, we had 80% of the, the AAT exceeded quarter, the other 20 were, you know, 85, 90%. And you three, we also exceeded quarter, but there's three reps, not the skin off the ball and everybody else was down like 40%. That didn't feel good. You know, as sales leaders, one of the things that keeps me excited about sales every day is creating a team environment.
