How to Concentrate When Speaking in Spanish

When we're concentrating, and I do this, when I speak in Spanish, I'm looking all over the place. One thing that I find helps me is if I remove the view of my camera to see myself if I'm online or things like Zoom. So try that if you find yourself quite distracted when you speak English. It's true as well that sometimes when people speak in English they look like they're going to shoot somebody. And vice versa for me, there's a horrific video of me, a YouTube video, you may have already seen it. Well, it was a Christmas video but it looked more like an execution video.
