Is Movie Going a Safe Haven or a Recession Resistant Place?
I think there are these fundamental consumer questions. Is movie going this sort of safe haven or are people going to stay home because they have so many more streaming options than they did in 2008, 2009? I believe the binge model will be dead a year from now if I could make that bold prediction. All of these platforms would be much smarter to drip feed their episodes out to consumers like Apple TV Plus and HBO Max do.
