As long as you're not kind of like a really, really elete endurance athlete doing a ton of endurance training, you'll probably be fine, at least for the short to moderate term. Once you get maybe a year or two of lifting under your belt, to continue maximizing strength gains and muscle growth, you will probably eventually need to cut back on cardio. If you are doing somewhere between like one and five hours of cardio per week,  you're probably fine. However, if you're doing a shit ton of cardio r week, even if it's already habituae to add hypertrophy Training on top of resistance training, that will probably still cause an interference effect for
