The ExoMars Project: A Test Run to Simulate an Alien Message
The European Space Agency has a project called ExoMars and their trace gas orbiter is in orbit around Mars. They are going to beam out a signal to Earth or anywhere in the universe to simulate an alien message. And so this signal, we don't know what kind of form this signal would take, but it would be something like narrow band radio frequencies that are different from just the normal cosmic background radiation that we're all was hearing all the time. That would be the brrr from the beginning of Independence Day.
