The commonality with FTS is clear. There's the token which they're using as a type of collateral and, you know, effectively using to create non-dilative financing mechanisms for themselves. And in this examiner report, it says that the ICO, they lied about how much they raised. So red flag on these guys should have been the ICO. I think maybe going on a go forward basis, if there is a lender in exchange with a native token, I would be very skeptical of that thing. Yeah. If you're going to do an exchange token, just register it as a security. That's what it is.
