What You Shouldn't Believe When You Read a Scientific Study
When a newspaper reports on a scientific study, they're very likely to report on it incorrectly because of probalistic lliteracy. And then in terms of the data that goes into both the published and unpublished studies, there's a lot of fraud and other issues with it. So by the time you get out to the end, is just not that useful. But when i have my hand on a specific experiment that i understand end to end, and ideally was pre registered that i'm quite likely to trust it.
