What are some of the top, you know, maybe one to three skills a PM could really develop or have in their tool belt so that they can successfully make transitions and what might be fairly different companies or product cultures. Shavik: Don't assume that the things were worth the same from where you came from. Always assume that it's going to be very different. And so be ready to unlearn and learning from scratch,. especially for how you operate as a PM is very important.
