The Difference Between Massages and Spas
There's a bunch of different self care things that you can do. If you're into baths, start taking baths. If you have pets, keep your pets safe and use animal safe essential oils. Maybe start booking a massage like once or twice a month. Doesn't need to be fancy. Just a massage. Get your nails done maybe. Book those things, lean into those things.
