The World Bank's Estimates of Extreme Poverty

The world bank tries to put a dollar amount a day for how much a person must a make or must not make, to be considered poor or not. What we are talking about specifically will be extreme poverty. And this is measured, as you said, main absolute terms. Mean people living on less than a dollar a day. But ladies and gentlemen, we are happy to say that over time, the % of the population with extreme poverty has been in decline.
