Toubl is an extraordinary facility designed just to assemble very precise satellite instrumentation. The idea for hubbl began in 19 forty six, astronomers were not convinced and there hadn't been rockets yet. Hubbl was the first of a series of space-based observatory facilities that will be built over the next few decades.
