How Do Ethics Violations Make Their Way Back to You?

We're a small and growing organization I should say as well so our process is evolving along with that but you know so far the way it happens we haven't actually encountered one of our teachers that we've trained having an ethical violation. We have 70 graduates from the first year and we have about 25 folks in our second cohort so we're what we have taught more of is pathways which is the intermediate course and it's the prerequisite for compass.
