The Role of Proper Agreements in White Color Investigations

A "proper agreement" is an agreement by which the person who is making a proper, a proper of what they know to the government gets treated like a queen that day. Sometimes it's a defensler just being careful saying like, hey, why not get it? And we want to hear from the person because they may be in the category of a pure witness. They may be somebody who has a little bit of liability. So, you know, I've done a lot of what are long term white color investigations such as Enron and Mueller investigation.
