Half of the book is this like high school biology of stress, which i think is really important for every being. Know that if you can find balance, if you canfind that safe space within yourself, there's nothing you can't meet. But it is a daily practice - absolutely. So here are some tools to get balanced in yourself and to really o that power, have some tools. These aren't stressfis or fantasies. Allot probably realities coming for us. Like i said, we may all be, you know, watching, watching the aliens come join us, and civilization may be crumbling.
