How to Navigate Alcohol in the Workplace

I know a lot of people who've had all kinds of substance and alcohol issues, but the alcohol in particular. It feels like to me, both for the person who maybe is vulnerable to having an issue with it, that in your industry, I think it takes very often a long time. And yes, the industry has changed in the last several years for the better, but still there's a lot of drinking. So even though the shoot was at 9 a.m., I would drink. But I was doing it for work, you know. The truth is, is probably more like in 2018 was when I was drinking during the day.
