Is Lambda a Good Prediction?

Lambda can be any positive real number, including zero. You could certainly have very small Lambda. And then, then it becomes interesting again. I think in some ways, Poisson is more interesting than the normal distribution. But maybe it requires a little bit more calculus to get. It sounds too fresh.
