Is There a Director's Cut?
There's also a director's cut that runs pretty significantly longer like yeah 30 minutes longer than the theatrical version. Most of it is little bits not entire scenes that are missing but little pieces that are added on that kind of further illuminates the tension between Christian, Josh and their anthropological research. That scene affects what we were just talking about which it kind of tips the hand a little earlier towards at least I mean the audience knows we know the cult is gonna be bad.
