Bart's Rejection of the Covenant of Works in the Church Dogmatics
Bart rejects covenant of works in church dogmatics. Criticises view that God's being is primary, prior to his acts. Says all forms of scholasticism are a problem because it puts god independent of his acts. Bart sees coxeus laying out his programme in a historical son first in history there is the covenant of works. Only after that is the Covenant of grace. The two covenants,. says bart, are in redemptive historical antithesis to one another, antithesis. That's what he say.
