Is It a CTPDO or a Product Manager?

I really like your summary though with the risk and reward two by two I always used to say that as product managers are as product leaders we're risk managers we're not scientists we're not proving anything so I guess it also applies to you as a CTO. The hardest relationship is between product and design and engineering right like most of the conflict happens when between product managers and engineering leaders who like want to do things in different ways. Getting those teams aligned and beating the same drum means that for the most part reforged shipped better than any company I've ever worked at in a really meaningful way.
