Is Yo-Yo Dieting Really Helping You Lose Weight?

After reading his book, I finally understood why Yo-Yo dieting makes it harder and harder to lose weight. It basically has to do with how it affects something called the extra cellular matrix surrounding fat cells. And they become stiffer the more that you lose and regain and lose and regain. He's just an exceptional disruptor who are not embracing this mindset of cognitive dissonance.
