Kiara: Nice diagmus is direction changing, meaning it's in the direction of gaze and all positions of gaze. When to think peripheral is when you have nice diagmus that's in the same direction independent of the direction of your gaze. Kiara: That's a unilateral peripheral issue like stibular neuritis. And we mostly see that right patients are on SSR on these other medicines. The peripherals are much less common pattern.
