Michael: I just finished reading Daniel Pink's book when and we know that i'm a big Daniel Pink fan but this one was just really interesting. One of the like insights that probably resonated me with me the best was i often avoid stuff in the afternoon because that's my down trough which is natural for most people with their circadian rhythm. You're actually more creative during that period so if you're gonna do Like a teen brainstorm or something and you want people to think outside the box actually scheduling it in the afternoons could be a good idea.
