i stream deck is a little hardware device that you plug into your computer that has a grid of you know buttons that light up. You can run keyboard shortcuts they can change like if you do any streaming you can change which one of your cameras is the so people on the receiving end of the stream can see it. There are people who make and sell real good profiles that are tailored to specific workflows or even applications such as dorico.
