The Four Pillars of Student Success

The University of North Georgia is using a four-pillar model to improve student success. The pillars are academic achievement, financial stability, health and well-being and engagement. "There's no one size fits all for any student across the board whether we're looking at traditional students or non-traditional students," says Dr. Penile.
