The Importance of Retention

This is part one. There's going to be a part two, which you'll see it sort of divides itself nicely into three parts. And then part three is the big exciting conclusion. So you don't want to miss that for sure. But it's a it's an interesting discussion. I actually think you'll find it helpful. If not, then it was a giant waste of time.
