I know you've done a lot of work with governments domestic and abroad. Where are we seeing policy change to help implement the system, because we can't always rely strictly upon people overcoming the challenge of speaking up. The fact that this administration has a gender policy council embedded in the White House is incredibly important. I would encourage people to come to the women business collaborative website look at places like Sarah Mount which houses diversity best practices and others. There's companies like EMD Serenno where they put their equity person reporting directly to the CEO.
