The idea of sharing adaptive capacity is a really strong principle of resilience engineering, cognitive systems engineering. If I'm not having a great day and you're having an okay day, can we adjust in that smaller timeframe? It's not you taking over my job, but it's kind of helping each other on a more micro level so that we can kind of smooth out that performance curve.
