Is China Just a Model Set Up Better to Navigate a World?

The chinese model, one of the most unfortunate things that's happened over the last several years, in my opinion has been the forking of the technology road. We're seeing the limitations of the western model in a i we're seeing i in other ways too. If you have more data, you're probably going to be advantaged. The trillion dollar question is whether there's going to be another leap frog in terms of the way a i gets developed from machine learning to something else.
