But it's, it's more malleable than we thought,. But but not through treatment. It's through life. See, what's at the heart of narcisism is radical insecurity. And they don't feel like what they they don't love themselves? No, don't. They feel that they are utterly unworthy. There's this hole inside of them they're constantly trying to fill. And they fill it, you know, with other people.
