The first wise, if you have a piece of paper and a pen or pencil, the first wise contribute, contribute. These are people that want to help. They don't have to be the focus, but they want to contribute in a meaningful way. The most successful person I've ever worked with has this why he was the CEO of a company called T-Roe Price,. He took it from $12 billion to $565 billion. Todd Rupert said his success is because he personally interviewed everyone that works for him. And when we all do a little bit better, that's when our company does better.
