The Fundamentals of Task Design Model in Football
Key for me, and what Carol is particularly getting at when we speak mode to constraints is information. That players are acting on information that is representative of or at least simulates aspects of the performance environment. So you can actually still simplify a task without reducing the information away. I think that's what Carol is referring to. And in your own sport, what would that key information be? Um, opponents, teammates, and then of course, that's why we have the foundations for task design model.
