So as i've already mentioned, shame is not a helpful emotion. It keeps us from connecting with ourselves and our kids. So how do we stop this? We want to be aware of society beliefs and norms that trigger shame. And then we want to know our own specific shame triggers around parenting or anything else. The goal is to become shame resilient.
