As a deputy floor manager, actually at Lehman Brothers before they will win term to the wall. I used to obviously employ traders, you know, we'd have interview times if we needed some traders but employing them. So in those days, literally, we can employ someone. They have what it took. We literally just know gave him brief understanding of how the hand signals work. And that's one thing that has from there to today. And it's a lot of a element that hasn't changed. The appreciation of risk. You had to prove you could appreciate risk. It was more of a of a desire, more of a self confidence in those days than it is now.
