Is Street Level Practice in Official Theology a Moving Target?

i always want to be careful to distinguish street level practice in official theology. There's so much more to protestantism, i but it is hard. It's a very large moving target. The number of protestants whose theology is rooted in confessional creeds I would say that's the minority.
