What Is Bleach?

Acids are caustic, which means they can damage burn, break things down chemically. So like acid burns bleach burns. That's what those are from. And so what bleach literally does is dissolve your hair using a chemical reaction and like household bleach, right? You shouldn't have it anywhere near your body really.
