I've been doing a little bit of testing my strength with the big lifts and and low rips, just to make sure that it's still there after having been off on this other programme for a while. And i'm really concerned about my nutrition also, because i feel like i'm doing a lot, but i'm not getting nearly enough protein, and i'm not eating enough.
