PLG - Self-Serve or PLG?
Shina: Would you say that self-serve and PLG are synonymous or what are the other criteria for really being a product led company? Nesgenia: I didn't ever think about what is the exact definition of PLG, but it can be a lot more than just purely self-service. Shina: We were trying to imagine what does a successful company in this space look like 10 years from now. And so we said, well, actually, every effort that we can put in the enterprise, we will put in the Enterprise and there is no time to lose here.
