Coaching - What's the Vision?

Coaching is a great way to sort of discuss what that is o but broader than that, from my perspective, there's a set of people out there who are great at what they're due. To be able to serve them so that they can focus on the work that they want to do, actually a super humbling, great thing to do. And i, i guess it's the reason that i want to start another company. I served a lot of people that needed what we were building. That's just what we get up to do every day at practiceand thit's why we really love,.
