What's the Difference Between the Right and the Left?
In 19 80 we were at the of what i would call the civil rights polarization period. If you look at the period since then, and you can start with the quantitative measures of the ideological scores from the purosentha people, you see a symmetric polarization unfolding. You see the republicans continuing to move ever further to the nether right while democrats have pretty much stayed a kind of melange of liberals and moderate liberals. That's really interesting.
