The Importance of Technical Humility in Organizational Work

I think the ultimate, again in my view, meadow intention for this work is how do we help people step away from the present and ask more elegant questions of themselves. And that really takes some technical humility. You may have a window of four hours to try and make an impact with this work. So whatever the assemblage of processes, tools, questions that you think can create the most impact in that time, I think is the right work for me. The short timescales of these sessions that I've been running has been the necessity because I've been lucky enough to have the executive board, including the CEO, sometimes the chair person as well, in the room or online
