The Vice President's Speech and Debate Clause
The judge did recognize the speech and debate clause applies to the vice president when he's acting as president of the Senate. So Pence won't have to answer questions relating to that. He wasn't acting in a legislative role for a good part of that time, which I'd assume the prosecutor is very interested in. But not all of his activity was in the conduct of legislative purposes.
