I have never met top perform ers in companies that didn't have a close personal relationship with the people they work alongside or under. The way to stand out and accelerate a relationship is to do what other people won't do, which is showing someone that you're thinking of them when you don't need to be. My way of doing that is using the internet as surface area for serendipity. Trait number five, validate. At the end of the day, human beings really are so simple.
