Is There a Power Balance Between Employers and Workers?

In the specifics of races, I think unions are still going to play kind of a different role than they would if we're talking about presidential rhetoric. Many Americans are feeling like there is a serious power imbalance between employers and workers. It probably helps that unions do not have as much power as they used to.
