The Evolution of Traffic Enforcement
The intensity, immediacy and the certainty are very important. If it is certain that you will be punished after 10 years, it's of no consequence. So we have to also move completely into contactless enforcement. In any European country or any other developed country, there is absolutely no physical enforcement. It's all conductless. The last mile realization of the traffic fines is an issue that needs to be discussed. I think that's another separate conversation.
